Our EZ-Splice belt joining strand is used during conveyor belt installation in order to extend the life of the belt. Belt installations that are rushed and improperly made are often the cause of belt breakage and downtime. The EZ-Splice belt joining strand is pre-formed and pre-bent, meaning that no bending or weaving is required during installation. This helps to prevent any weak spots in the belt joint.
The Compact-Grid joining tool helps to align and crimp the Compact-Grid conveyor belt into place. What’s more, this is achieved without damaging surrounding wire strands or over crimping the belt joint.
Our belt joining clips are used for joining Flat-Flex® conveyor belts during installation. They can also help to make fast, minor repairs.
Belt joining tubes can be used to create a hybrid joint between a full strand weave. This can also be made easier with the help of joining clips.
